A 2 hour group session with guidance, gentle energy & body-work. A more economical way to work together, within a beautiful community to accelerate the process.

A gentle conscious connected breath session to breathe, move and release all the stories, beliefs & things you've been holding on to and are not serving you, finding some safety and trust in yourself.

This practice is suitable for beginners and is guided but online.

Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in and create a space with:

  • quiet & private where you feel safe

  • yoga mat or something to lie on

  • blanket

  • water

  • small pillow

  • journal (optional)

  • better with headphones, but can be with a speaker if needed

Important notes: Due to the intensity of this practice, it is not suitable for pregnant women, those with epilepsy, cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, clinical anxiety disorders or psychoses, recent surgeries, bone fractures, high intraocular pressure or retinal detachment. To experience the full potential of a session, it is recommended to avoid heavy meals for two hours beforehand.
