yoga mat or something to lie on
blanket
water
small pillow
journal (optional)
better with headphones, but can be with a speaker if needed

Important notes: Due to the intensity of this practice, it is not suitable for pregnant women, those with epilepsy, cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, clinical anxiety disorders or psychoses, recent surgeries, bone fractures, high intraocular pressure or retinal detachment.
